I'm in love with Day Shift by Charlaine Harris. Its the second in the the Midnight Texas series. You have to read Midnight Crossroads first. Day Shift is a slower pace than The Southern Vampire series, but it has a great ensemble cast. It's not as sexy as her other books, but I didn't mind. Day Shift is really well written and leaves you wanting more. I'm not sure I can wait another year for the next in the series.— Kim
Book Review- Day Shift, by Charlaine Harris
A wonderful read! Ms. Harris has created a new cast of characters in Texas with just as much personality as the Sookie Stackhouse novels. 5 Star, highly recommend!— Della
