Read It Again Bookstore is thrilled to announce a poetry night featuring author and poet @thealinemello. 

Join us for an evening of poetry and fun to support Aline's journey to study poetry in her home country. Aline will read from her new poems and share her vision for her upcoming trip to Brazil.

As an immigrant and DACA recipient, Aline can’t travel outside the US without going through a long application process. We’re cheering her on as she pursues the opportunity to study Brazilian poetry and create new poems in her native country for the first time in her life. She’s applying for Advance Parole (the process of asking the government for permission to travel outside the U.S.) to go to Brazil and study poetry there with a São Paulo poet Susanna Busato.
